- What about
Returns? We offer a Money Back Guarantee on all items
we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our
products, you may return it in its original condition for a full
credit. We will issue a credit to your card for the price of the
item including postage, one way. All you have to pay is return
postage. Just mail the product back to us as originally
packaged, to the above address, and we will issue your credit upon
receiving the item.

- What if my item was
damaged in shipping? As yet, we have not had this
happen, but should it occur, please contact us immediately. We
send most items by way of US Mail insured, so please be sure to
keep the original packaging and damaged product, as they will
need to be presented at the Post Office for filing a claim. In
the meantime, we will gladly send a replacement item to you at no
additional charge. Some companies make you wait until the
shipper pays the claim, which can take many weeks. Cascade
Artworks does not operate that way. We believe in treating the
customer as we would want to be treated ourselves.

What are your shipping Charges?
We ship all orders USPS
Priority. Up to $25= $5.95, Up to $50=$6.95, Up to$75=$7.95, Up to
$100=$8.95, Over $100=$11.95 For larger orders we will be glad to split the cost in
some way. We will ship UPS or FEDEX to you upon request. We only
ship to USA and Canada. PLEASE
CALL for Overnight or 2 day shipping rates. 1-888-349-4950.
Current overnight shipping rates are approximately $45.00 for a 1
pound package, $50.00 for approximately 2 pounds. All shipping prices
are for USA destinations. Please call for Canadian shipping
rates.

- Where are your Pens Manufactured? All
of the pens are hand turned on precision lathes in our studios. We do however
buy Maple and Rosewood boxes and 24K gold plated pen parts from Asian
manufacturers. Made in America.

- Where are your Stained Glass items
Manufactured? Our boxes and suncatchers are designed and manufactured in
our Everett Studio. We have been working with stained glass for the past
15
years. We will be offering Glass panels in the near future. Made
in America.

- Do your Pens have a Warranty?
Yes, All pens have a 90 day limited warranty against cracking and part
failure (i.e. the pen parts come apart) The gold plating wears differently from
person to person. If you are not satisfied with your pen upon delivery,
return it to us for a full refund of your original purchase price. You
only pay to ship it back to us. If your pen breaks or needs service,
send it to us and will do what we can to refurbish your pen to its
original state for a minimal cost. At this time we have had VERY FEW pens come back with part
failure. We use the strongest 2 part epoxy glue on the market. All pens come with
BLACK Cross refills and these are not covered by warranty. They are tested
before shipping.

- How are your woods selected?
All of our woods are selected for their particular grain patterns and color. Some days we
don't buy any wood because the selection is not what we are looking for.
